Donate Money

Your generosity helps us continue to change the lives of women, their families & our commuity by providing the funds needed to run our programs & projects.

Programs like Welfare onto Work & Mojo Fridays; provide women with the tools & knowledge to build & understand their own worth. Which inturn empowers them to make conscious choices that not only improve their lives but the lives of their families as well.

Projects such as our Indigenious Art & Upcycling Project would not be possible without the goods donated to us from you through our Op Shop. Goods which provide our participants with the opportunity to be motivated & inspired by the changes they can make.

I volunteered at the Women of Worth OP Shop. At first I was extremely scared as I could not catch a bus without having an anxiety or panic attack. I was in my 30’s and had spent most of my time at home. Volunteering at the OP Shop took me out of my comfort zone. Initially I was just going to the shop every now and then. I then realised how special everyone was there, they talked to me, they encouraged me and they understood me. I volunteered for over 2 years and the seeds they planted in me changed me.  This may sound corny but it is true, the confidence in me has allowed me to keep on chasing my dreams.

I am now living my life, they helped me fins a job and they helped me find my worth. They did the impossible , the helped me believe in myself. They made me strive to be the best possible version of myself. With there kindness and compassion I am now helping others reach their full potential. I learnt so much, from customer service skills, coffee making, art, recycling and most importantly that we all need each other. I am now part of something so special and that is the W.O.W friendship.
